BEFORE YOU COMMIT

The details that
make a sourcing decision.

01

Order quantities & pricing

Review product-specific minimums, wholesale quotations, pack sizes, and pricing against your planned order.

02

Territories & sales channels

Confirm brand availability for your country and channel. Distribution rights and exclusivity are discussed with each brand.

03

Samples & product information

Coordinate samples and available specifications so your team can assess product fit before ordering.

04

Shelf life & replenishment

Check remaining shelf life, stock or production availability, lead times, and reorder conditions before confirmation.

05

Packaging & documentation

Identify available ingredient, labeling, quality, and export materials for the selected products and destination.

06

Shipping & handover

Agree on delivery terms, logistics coordination, and the responsibilities of each party for the shipment.

YOUR MARKET COMES FIRST

One region is not
one set of requirements.

Tell us exactly where you plan to sell. We review sourcing briefs for the United States, individual EU countries, the United Kingdom, and other European markets.

Documentation, with clear responsibilities.

We coordinate requests for available product, ingredient, labeling, quality, and export documentation with brands and manufacturers.

Before an order proceeds, we clarify what is available, what needs further review, and which responsibilities sit with your importer or local specialists. Product availability does not by itself establish authorization for sale in a destination market.

We coordinate the agreed order or production process, export logistics, and subsequent reorders.

One contact to keep the work connected.

SOURCING QUESTIONS

Good questions.
Clear starting points.

Can you source existing Korean brands?

Yes. We source finished beauty and wellness products from Korean brands. Share the categories or brands you are interested in, your destination countries, and your sales channels so we can check supply availability and terms.

Can you help us create our own brand?

Yes. We coordinate private label and custom OEM/ODM projects, including product planning, manufacturer selection, samples, packaging, and production. The scope depends on your product brief.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Minimums vary by brand, product, and packaging. For development projects, formulation and component minimums also matter. We confirm the relevant quantities with your quotation.

Can we evaluate samples first?

We can coordinate sample requests. Availability, sample charges, development fees, and shipping costs are confirmed for each request before proceeding.

Do you support the U.S. and European markets?

We work with sourcing briefs for the U.S. and Europe. Tell us the individual destination countries, including whether you mean EU markets, the UK, or other European countries. We coordinate available product documentation and clarify the responsibilities of the brand, manufacturer, importer, and any local specialists.

Can we discuss exclusive distribution?

Yes, you can include this in your brief. Exclusivity is subject to each brand’s existing arrangements, territory, channel, and agreed commercial terms; it is not automatically included.

How long does sourcing or development take?

Timing depends on availability, sample review, order size, packaging, production, and destination requirements. We establish a project-specific schedule once the scope is clear.
